This rental apartment is minutes away from Carvoeiro beach, and the restaurants, bars and shops of this costal village. Near the main square, it is also close to golf courses, with 3 championship golf courses within a 15 minutes drive.

HOLIDAY APARTMENT FOR RENT

This rental apartment is on the first floor of a condominium set back from the road and has a lift (elevator). The apartment's kitchen is well equipped including washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave, and a separate utility room.



The large lounge is tastefully decorated with 2 comfortable settees, an armchair and TV. The dining area has a table & chairs, with a convenient serving hatch to the kitchen.

A small balcony overlooks the main street. The apartment has its own parking space and there is a communal swimming pool for use by the residents.


The apartment is serviced and a local resident will welcome you on arrival.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

• The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom.
• The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a double bed and twin beds respectively.
• All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and cabinets.
• A double sofa bed in the lounge allows the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people.

ALGARVE TOURIST INFORMATION

The apartment is set back from the lively "Estrado do Farol" which is full of restaurants, bars, snack bars and shops. Down the road to the left is the main square of Carvoeiro and the beach. There are 2 other beaches (Praias Carvalho and Centenes) less than 20 minutes walk away.

In addition to golf, other nearby attractions include Zoomarine where you can swim with the dolphins, Silves Castle and village, plus numerous water sports, boat trips, fishing and horseback riding.

Nearest Airport is Faro Airport, 58 kilometres from Carvoeiro, (40 minutes drive).
