The villa occupies aprime location that overlooks a vineyard.
THE VILLA FOR RENTAL
The rental villa occupies 1600 sq feet. The air-conditioned sitting room is comfortably furnished with a three-piece suite and a television, DVD player and a satellite receiver. At one end of the sitting room is a fireplace. Double doors open onto a partially covered balcony overlooking a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and mountains.
In the turret alcove, there are easy chairs and a coffee table. Opposite the alcove is the dining area (with individual air conditioning).
In the new kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, microwave/oven, dishwasher and cooker, and all necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Accommodation
The rental accommodation comprises of three double bedrooms with individual controlled soundless air-conditioning units, of which two have twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, hand-basin and toilet and one with shower, hand-basin, bidet and toilet.
Mature gardens and pool
The villa has mature gardens with paved areas to the front, side and rear. Shady areas can be found among the orange, lime, lemon and dale trees, and an area is set aside for a barbeque and raised patio. There is also a large open naya at the front of the house with lovely open views and ideal for entertaining.
The large fully tiled, private and secluded swimming pool is exclusively for your use only. The pool (5m-10m) has steps at the shallow end,is approximately 1m deep and just over 2m at the deep end. The villa is fully lit externally including the pool area and the swimming pool has underwater lighting if you want to enjoy a romantic moonlight swim.

Bedroom
1 double sized bed, side cupboards and built in wardrobe. The bedroom has own
silent individual controlled air-conditioning.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both with two single beds and individual air-conditioning.
Bathrooms
There
are two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a basin, bidet, wc
and a shower.
The second bathroom is provided with a bath/shower, wc,
basin and bidet.
Kitchen
The
kitchen with granite work tops includes fan assisted
oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen
and living room are separated by a large granite table with 6 ‘bar chairs’.
Living
rooms
The
living room area has doors onto the patio to the front of the villa and is
provided with several relaxing chairs and sofas. The second area has a dinging table and a large double bed sleeping sofa and
several chairs.
Services
Upon
your arrival there will be a welcome package. The villa is provided with clean
fresh towels and bed linen for the beds that are required..
Fascilities
Other
fascilities at the villa are: DVD, Satellite, fire
place, climate control, barbecue and private pool.
Deposit
25%
of the rental for the period to be paid at the time of booking.
Balance
Due
8 weeks prior to departure date plus damage / excessive cleaning deposit of
£200 (refundable 10-14 working days after return from holiday less any
appropriate charges).
Travel
Alicante
and Valencia
airport are less then an hours
travel by car to the villa.

naturally reserve the right to cancel whenever circumstances make it
necessary.
ACCOMMODATION
The
holiday accommodation provided may only be used by the persons shown on the
booking form. Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. We accept no
liability in connection with the property for the failure of the supply of
water, gas or electricity or any other services, which are outside our control.
Excessive use of electricity, water and gas will be charged.

Moraira location
The villa is situated on a short cul-de-sac overlooking a vineyard. It is in the district of Paichi, 2 kms from Moraira, a small town on the Costa Blanca. There are restaurants and bars within 500m of the villa together with a supermarket and other shops. If you're looking instead for an apartment you'll find this one in the middle of town of interest.
