Boasting over 3000 hours of sunshine a year, the Portugese Western Algarve is a safe bet for a happy and relaxing holiday in the sun.

Unlike other stretches of the Algarve, the area around Lagos has retained its Portuguese charm and has not been spoilt by over development. Instead, the coastline is a delight, the beaches glorious and the promenade walk into the quaint town of Lagos is rewarded with cafes, shops and the bustling harbour... all the makings of a perfect holiday.

This one bedroom holiday apartment is situated on the ground floor of the aprtment building, facing South. Bright and sunny, this apartment is ideal for a couple seeking some Summer sunshine and relaxation.


Guests staying at the apartment have use of the members swimming pool that is open all day.

The apartment has a tiled floor and large bay windows with tied-back curtains. A TV is provided, although you are unlikely to spend much time watching it, as the lure of the local attractions, activites and meals out in Lagos will be too great to resist.


The kitchen area is clean and bright in keeping with the apartment and has a microwave, hob, fridge and extractor fan.


The apartment has a double bedroom and bathroom.

Lagos

Lagos is a short stroll away, along the beach-front promanade. An elegant and relaxed town to explore, Lagos has its origins as a costal port in the 14th century and was once the landing point for slaves. The location of the former slave market is now an art gallery. You can explore the shops, enjoy the architecture of the local churches and old houses, or sit out in the square and enjoy a cool beer or leisurely meal.

Meia Praia beach is the longest of the many stretches of beautiful sand that punctuates the rugged coastline of the Western Algarve. Perfect for all types of water activies and for quiet evening walks as the sun goes down.
