A lovely summer house in the village of Les Adrets de L'Esterel. Just 5 minutes from the superb lakes "St Cassien" - with fishing, watersports, boating, swimming, beaches and forests for walks. Also a few minutes from the motorway which leads directly to Nice, Cannes, Italy or in the other direction to St Tropez, Aix en Provence - all within easy drives away.
The house is on 3 levels and has splendid views of the surrounding hills and countryside. On the top floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, wc. On the next floor : living, dining room, shower and wc, kitchen and seperate laundry room - outside a superb suntrap terrace and outside dining area. On the garden level: down some steps to an enclosed pool area with sunbathing area and pool shower and a summer kitchen. The furnishings are comfortable. There are some local village shops within walking distance from the house.
