Situated in a quiet residential area of Speracedes (1 km away) and Cabris (3 kms away) and Grasse (10 minutes away). Great for watersports as Lac de St Cassien is just a short drive also - fishing is good here too!
The villa was renovated 2 years ago and hosts a super pool and lovely gardens. The gardens are partially flat and partially sloping with both very sunny and nice sheltered areas.
On the first level the entry opens onto the kitchen, living and dining room and a terrace with superb views of the surrounding countryside and occasionally one can see as far as the sea!
