A very lovely provencal villa on 2 floors with pool and just minutes walk from the coast on the west side of the Cap d'Antibes. 2 master bedrooms on the upper floor both with their own sun terrases and one with a seaview - 1 large bedroom on the ground floor and 3 smaller bedrooms for children.
The style is a mix of provencal and art deco - it is very cool as it is well shaded from the hot sunshine. The area is peaceful in a small road but just 7 minutes from the nightlife and restaurants of Juan les Pins. A private beach and tennis club also not far away.
